The Leicestershire College is seeking an experienced and highly organised People Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. This is a key role suited to someone with strong administrative expertise who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers accuracy and efficiency across a wide range of HR processes.
As part of the HR team, you will provide essential administrative support across core HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, wellbeing, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and administering monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employment contracts and changes.
2. Managing end-to-end recruitment administration, including compliance checks and onboarding activities.
3. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and supporting processes such as flexible working requests.
4. Supporting absence management and wellbeing initiatives, including administration of occupational health referrals.
