As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch. You will be accountable for the first-rate service delivered to our existing clients through coaching and developing a team to retain policies and drive loyalty. While an understanding of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines products is desirable, our focus is on finding the best leaders for our people.
Responsibilities
* Manage branch P&L and seek new business opportunities to grow the branch.
* Deliver high-quality service to existing clients by coaching and developing the team, retaining policies, and driving loyalty.
* Lead with a people-first mindset, supporting and empowering teams to deliver world-class service and consistently exceed client expectations.
* Collaborate with the wider business to make timely, evidence-based decisions that are right for clients, teams, and the business.
* Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate enthusiasm and resilience in caring for existing clients while pursuing new opportunities.
* Demonstrate the ambition to go beyond expectations for teams and clients and uphold the right behaviours during challenges as well as successes.
