A role leading a small team, with grand plans to continue growing. Your Role as an Internal Sales Team-Leader: You'll be office based in Wednesbury, working in tandem with the rest of the team. Helping to coordinate the sales team (2) and their workflow and KPI's. Managing customer relationships within Trades and Merchant accounts. Coaching and developing the sales team and implementing positive changes. Liaise with the Marketing, NAM, and RSM teams. A Monday - Friday role, 35 hours per week with 1 hour lunch.Ideal Background for the Internal Sales Team-Leader Position: You'll need to have worked in a sales office before and have had some sort of team leadership. Ideally from a Technical sales background, but any B2B sales experience will be considered. You'll be confident and outgoing who enjoy speaking to people. Approachable so the team can come to you. Able to look longer term; the interview process involves presenting a 30 - 60 - 90 sales plan. Commutable to Wednesbury.
