Maintenance Engineer – Either Mechanical Bias or Multi Skilled
Location: Hull
Shifts: Double Days with Occasional Night Shifts, Monday–Friday (Early Finish Friday)
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus + Funded Training (PLC Courses, HNCs, HNDs)
We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a global manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join a team of skilled engineers supporting a large, automated plant featuring robotics and further bespoke machinery. The department is well-established, with strong internal progression routes and ongoing investment in training and development.
The Role:
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding across production lines
* Working on motors, drives, conveyors, presses and automated assembly equipment
* Supporting PLC fault finding (training available)
* Working closely with production and quality teams to minimise downtime
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
* Experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong Mechanical fault-finding skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated production setting
