Description Description We’re seeking a Senior Creative Co-ordinator to join our Photo Studio team at Next. You'll lead the end-to-end asset creation process across styling, photography, and videography within the model channel guiding a talented team of in-house creatives. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone highly creative, proactive, with a keen eye for detail. Due to the nature of this role, this position is based in our onsite Photo Studio in Leicester 5 days a week. About the Role You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative content that aligns with Next’s brand direction. Working closely with your Creative Lead, you'll guide the studio on image quality, training, planning, and resource management. This role requires a driven, collaborative individual who communicates effectively, adapts quickly, and thrives in a dynamic studio environment. You should be equally confident leading projects and working as part of a team, with the professionalism and empathy to support and inspire others. It is vital to build and maintain strong relationships with your Creative Lead and senior management within Next Studios. Responsibilities Provide strong, clear and aspirational creative guidance and support to the studio team from a creative standpoint. To build, develop and strengthen briefs to satisfy both the client and the direction from your Creative Lead. Offer strong creative guidance to clients to develop and push model photography and videography forward. Work alongside the other seniors to ensure briefs are fulfilled to the desired output. Ability to confidently present ideas and concepts to senior managers within the studio, external stakeholders and wider teams. Communicate effectively with your team to evolve the aesthetics of the imagery creatively. Consistent research and understanding of fashion trends, across mens, womens fashion and accessories Pinterest, Instagram, trend forecasting etc to stay inspired, and bring the correct approach to every shoot. Create presentations of current testing & developments to ensure the highest quality imagery is produced in-line with the creative direction of the business. Liaise with studio, product and coordination teams to ensure props, product and sets are organised on time. Carry out performance reviews on a regular basis to ensure effective, motivated and supported teams. Conducting 1-to-1s and assisting in the development of more junior members of the team. Responsible for implementing any new training and developments throughout the studios. Maintain and organise internal guides and information, ensuring these are up to date for the wider studio team to follow. Responsible for quality control of imagery and creative working practices across the studios. Consistently strive to think outside the box with all processes and projects showing initiative and innovation. Communicate effectively with your Creative Lead to establish clear, recognisable and achievable goals. Flexibility to work at other Next studios and adapt to changing business needs. About You Multi faceted approach with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams (styling, photography, assistants). Expert knowledge of commercial/editorial fashion model photography. Extensive previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment. Forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and highly organised. A confident presenter with a strong creative portfolio or website. Commercially aware with a sharp eye on trends and competitor activity. A passion for ecommerce with experience in fast paced model shoots. A strong leader, who can manage, inspire and develop a team. Highly developed interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills. Creative flair and knowledge, producing innovative ideas and solutions. To be adaptable in working for other areas and teams across all studios. Comfortable with a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment. A supporting portfolio or website. Full UK driving license.
