About the role: This role involves teaching Business Studies across all levels of qualifications at the Bexley campus. The successful applicant will deliver an engaging, high-quality learning experience and equip students with the skills for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
The Role
 * We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to teach students across all levels of Business Studies qualifications at the Bexley campus. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications, along with up-to-date industry expertise.
 * The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering an engaging and high-quality learning experience, equipping students with the necessary skills for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
Skills and Experience
For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this).
You will need to have strong communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way. You will also need efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
