Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Digital Construction team based in Solihull.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator, you'll support project delivery from inception to operation, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards and helping to meet client requirements. Your daily tasks will include:
* Liaising with the information management team to ensure the setup of the common data environment (CDE), adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
* Contributing to monthly reports to measure digital implementation and maturity across projects.
* Supporting the development of the BIM Execution Plan and other project documentation.
* Overseeing external supply chain capabilities assessments for relevant projects.
* Promoting digital implementation within the business unit and project departments, fostering a digital-first culture.
