You will be responsible for the preparation of materials for Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level classes. Responsibilities Assemble and trial complex apparatus for GCSE and A-Level practicals, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times. Manage the prep room effectively, ensuring all chemicals and equipment are stored according to rigorous safety guidelines. Support the Head of Science with annual safety audits, census reporting, and the procurement of new laboratory resources. Maintain the school’s technical equipment inventory and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laboratory glassware. Requirements Previous experience as a technician or experience working within a classroom setting. Right to work in the UK and a valid enhanced DBS. Salary £26,000 – £30,500 per annum.
