Job Description We are seeking a qualified Night Charge Nurse specializing in Med Surg Rehab to coordinate total nursing care for patients. This position will involve patient and family teaching and providing leadership by collaborating with nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
Participate in patient and family teaching.
Provide leadership on the nursing unit.
Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg Rehab experience.
Charge RN experience is required.
Previous travel experience of at least 3 months is required.
ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
BSN preferred.
Candidates must have their own vehicle due to the location's lack of public transport.
