Key Responsibilities
* Lead the CRM, Retention, and Lifecycle Marketing strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms.
* Build and optimise automated customer journeys — welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, loyalty, and win-back.
* Manage and grow the subscriber base, ensuring GDPR compliance and data hygiene.
* Plan, brief, and execute email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and repeat purchase.
* Collaborate with E-commerce, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align messaging and timing.
* Write and test compelling content that reflects brand tone and resonates with the community.
* Analyse and report on key CRM metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
* Develop loyalty and referral initiatives to drive retention and advocacy.
* Champion new tech, tools, and channels — from Klaviyo to emerging CRM and marketing automation trends.
What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years’ experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.
* Proven experience with Klaviyo (or similar)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
* Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
* A creative yet commercial thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills.
* Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
* Ambition to build a team and shape the retention function as the brand scales.
