Job Title: Gas Service Engineer Social Housing

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our dedicated team supporting residents in social housing. Youll be responsible for servicing, ensuring safety, compliance, and comfort for tenants across our housing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of gas boilers in domestic properties.
* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service, respecting tenants homes and needs.
* Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
* Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
* Strong understanding of gas safety regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
* Experience working in social housing
