We've gone from strength-to-strength since our inception and as a result of strong year-on-year growth, are looking to expand our Manchester based team. Whilst we are looking to make a number of key hires over the next 12 months, this role is a key hire with our roadmap and will sit within Pricing & Actuarial team.
Pricing & Actuarial are at the core of our business - it's a highly technical and candidate-driven market in which we are very well established. As a result of our continued growth, we're looking to expand our team at Consultant level and looking for someone with a genuine interest in moving into a very niche market and with a passion to develop a true knowledge of the insurance industry and deliver a real consultative approach.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) based from our city centre Manchester office.
Responsibilities
* Develop deep knowledge of the insurance industry in order to deliver valuable insight and advice to our partners
* Carry out research into the market in order to produce high quality reports and market insight
* Actively source and qualify candidates within niche, highly professional and technical disciplines
* Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Attend industry events along with our wider team
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous recruitment or sales experience would be advantageous
* The ability to understand and navigate highly regulated and highly technical industries/roles
* Goal orientated with a drive for delivering results at pace
* A genuine care for delivering high-quality output and a focus on building a long term and lasting reputation from both an individual and brand perspective
* Track record in being accountable for meeting strict deadlines
* Team player with a strong collaborative approach
* A degree in a statistical, technical or analytical field would be beneficial but not required
