Mastek is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to support one of the UK’s leading digital transformation programmes. This role sits within our cloud, platform engineering and DevOps delivery function, contributing directly to the modernisation and resilience of critical national infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will combine strong Scrum expertise with credible technical understanding across AWS, automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. This is a hands‑on Agile leadership role requiring engagement with engineering teams, architects, and delivery leadership to promote high‑quality, secure, and predictable delivery.
What You’ll Own
You’ll work at the intersection of AWS, DevOps, and Agile delivery, helping engineering teams deliver faster, safer, and smarter.
* Enable smooth, predictable delivery across AWS and CI/CD initiatives
* Remove technical blockers and optimise engineering flow
* Support IaC, automation, DevSecOps and cloud‑native best practices
* Partner with Technical Delivery Manager to manage risks & dependencies
* Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness
You’ll thrive if you have:
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master in cloud/DevOps/platform teams
* Strong AWS awareness (EC2, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
* IaC experience – Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK
* Understanding of containers – Docker, ECS, EKS
* Experience in regulated/government environments
Nice to have: CSM/PSM, SAFe, AWS certifications, ITIL v4.
