We are recruiting a Team Leader for the Scunthorpe General Hospital. This is a contracted position working a two-week rota. The role is flexible and is designed to coordinate and lead the activities of a Team Leader. The team provides and maintains a full range of Hospital Support Assistants and deep clean services, ensuring at all times the highest levels of cleanliness. Staff must have proper training, materials and equipment to provide the highest quality service and be compliant with Trust policy and procedure.
While a comprehensive training package will provide the skills and knowledge to work effectively as an HSA Team Leader, we want to learn from your application how you can meet the minimum essential criteria in our person specification and perhaps even exceed these standards. We support continuous development of our staff with regular refresher training. Developmental and mandatory training may, on occasion, fall on non-working days due to shift patterns; for which you will receive either time off in lieu or additional pay.
