Cera are recruiting Bank Staff Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Ivybridge, Okehampton, Totnes and Newton Abbot. It is secure work that comes with good pay, great training and no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
As a care assistant at our Extra Care Unit, you will support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalised care and support plans. Duties include helping with housework, getting up in the morning, preparing hot meals, administering medication, assisting with washing and dressing, and providing companionship, encouragement and emotional support.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Passion for helping others; prior caring experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.
* Eligibility: vacancy restricted to women only.
* Safe to work with DBS (DBS provided by the company).
