Oin a Global Infrastructure Hub and fantastic collaborative team. We are seeking a Reward Advisor to support our great team. This role involves contributing to the development and management of reward and benefits activities aligned with our business objectives. THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ONE WITH 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the implementation of reward schemes and projects.
* Managing annual reward processes such as salary reviews and bonus plans.
* Conducting data analysis and producing dashboards.
* Ensuring compliance with reward governance and processes.
* Delivering annual pay reporting processes.
Qualifications:
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities
