Position: Compliance Administrator
Contract: 3-6 month temporary contract
Location: Godalming
This is not a fully remote job, so you will need to be able to visit the office.
Full training will be provided.

Team:
Property Service Team
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming communications from residents and the Property Services team, escalating to the appropriate compliance officer.
* Provide administrative support for compliance areas such as No Access, Asbestos, Gas Safety, Water Hygiene, Electrical Testing, and Fire Safety, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
* Work with Legal and Housing Officers to facilitate access to homes for inspections and works.
* Assist in capturing and monitoring compliance data, maintaining accurate records, and updating IT systems.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action logs.
Finance and Budgeting:
* Raise work and purchase orders as required.
* Process and validate variations, applications for payment, and invoices.
* Check invoice accuracy and perform data cleansing on work orders.
Customer Service:
* Deliver excellent service in line with standards.
* Promote Equality & Diversity policies.
* Adhere to safeguarding practices for vulnerable groups.
* Ensure confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).
* Share information effectively between agencies.
Teamwork and Communication:
* Work collaboratively within the team and with contractors and other departments.
Service Development and Improvement:
* Contribute to service development and suggest improvements.
* Investigate new initiatives and systems for compliance management.
* Respond to residents' complaints, escalating or referring as necessary.
Business Continuity and Health & Safety:
* Participate in business continuity planning and assist in service recovery.
* Comply with all health and safety legislation, managing risks appropriately.
