Description
* Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees across the organisation.
* Ensure compliance with relevant UK payroll regulations and tax requirements.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to provide accurate payroll reports.
* Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or queries from employees and stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
* Work with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
* Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
* Support the team with system upgrades or the introduction of new payroll software.
Profile
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in using payroll systems and related software.
* Experience working within the business services industry, particularly in London.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
