Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, based in Plymouth with opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, advising on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves building strong communication channels across teams, offering strategic HR guidance, and fostering a positive work environment while managing complex employee relations matters.
Qualifications
* CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR qualification
* Strong experience in managing Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise and influence stakeholders
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
* Experience working within healthcare or public sector organizations is a plus
* Proficiency with HR systems and data management
