We are seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex psychological conditions.
Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
* Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic, or integrative approaches)
* Work with individuals, couples, families, and groups as appropriate
* Collaborate with other clinicians
* Maintain up-to-date clinical records and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines
* Participate in clinical supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Must Have
* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent)
* HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
* Experience working with a range of mental health conditions
* Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid work permit in the UK
Nice to Have
* Additional training in specialised therapies (e.g., EMDR, schema therapy)
* Additional languages
* Experience in private practice or NHS settings is desirable
