We're currently on the lookout for a qualified Lead Electrician to join our property services team covering the South Hampshire area.

As a Lead Electrician with SNG, we'll ask you to:
* Carry out routine servicing and response repairs to electrical services equipment, including fault diagnosis and rectification
* Carry out the duties of a NICEIC (national inspection council for electrical installation contracting) QS (qualified Supervisor) and sign off certificates
* Audit electrical certification from external contractors and 10% of their on-site works
* Carry out audits on electricians and site validations for works to be conducted
* Deliver a high-quality service toSNG standards.
Our Electricians must have relevant and up to date experience and qualifications including:
Experience as a Lead Electrician, within a Residential/Housing sector is ideal. You'll need a technical understanding of electrical safety and knowledge and understanding of current electrical regulations and related building regulations.
You should be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or have equivalent experience), 18th Edition (BS7671) and City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect.

* Due to a requirement to travel within this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 years' experience

* Our customers are at the heart of SNG, as an Electrician you will be liaising with both internal and external customers
