Position: Qualified Social Worker – Children's Services

Salary: £38 ph

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a dynamic Children’s Services team on the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families while earning a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload involving children in need, child protection, and care proceedings
* Complete assessments in line with statutory requirements
* Develop and implement care plans to safeguard and promote positive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
* Attend court where required and prepare high-quality reports
