Remuneration: £53,000-£60,000

The role of the Technical Project Manager– Modular Buildings will involve:
* Technical Project Manager dealing with permanent modular buildings in the healthcare sector across the United Kingdom.
* Conducting site surveys of potential installation sites and understanding unique site requirements
* Liaising with authorities in terms of the connection and accessibility of services and connection
* Creating plans regarding delivery and installation of modular healthcare buildings
* Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest levels, to standards and client specifications
* Working on 10-15 projects a year
* Working on projects from £0.5-£10 million
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Project Manager– Modular Buildings with:
* Must have experience within the modular building sector
* Ideally have had project management experience working within modular buildings and/or delivery and installation
* Drivers Licence
* Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
* Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
* Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
