We are looking to recruit a Technical Installation Advisor to join our existing service team. You will be responsible for making sure that all technical aspects of our Cloud and SIP installations are met before, during and after the installation. You will also support our existing service team with faults and technical queries from new and existing installations and solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Technical Installation Advisor, you will Ensure technical solutions meet the customers requirements. Capturing the correct user and programming information and ensuring all technical info is relayed the customers IT etc. Ensure the correct kit is provided for the customers solution, liaising with our sales team if required. Liaising with customers and 3 rd party companies, such as IT companies to make sure all relevant information is captured prior to the installation. Arranging surveys and engineering inspections if required. Pre-Configuring equipment prior to the installation where necessary. Supporting the engineers during the installation of the equipment and ensuring the job is completed to the customers satisfaction. Ensuring that any outstanding work is completed from the installation and communication with the customer and the installation team is done effectively and timely. Supporting our service team with new and existing faults and technical requests as required.
