Title: Paid Media Strategist

Salary: £45K
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Media Planner to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of
multi-channel digital media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, media buying, audience targeting,
and analytics. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with account teams, creative, data analysts, and external media vendors
to drive media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
* Develop comprehensive digital media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube.
* Analyse client goals, KPIs, and target audiences to create innovative and effective media plans.
* Lead the creation of media briefs and collaborate with creative teams to ensure message and media alignment.
Campaign Management:
* Oversee campaign pacing and optimisations in partnership with the performance team
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
* Identify and test new media opportunities, vendors, and technologies.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, draw insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Present detailed campaign performance reports and strategic insights to clients
* Monitor budget and ensure delivery against media KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach, etc.).
Client & Vendor Management:
* Serve as a key client contact for all media-related matters.
* Manage relationships with digital media vendors and negotiate pricing, placements, and value-added
* opportunities.
