What you\'ll be doing
* Support annual pay & incentive review processes through data analysis and modelling
* Conduct internal and external benchmarking for salary, incentives, and benefits
* Perform job evaluations & manage of the Aztec job catalogue
* Administer external survey submissions and incentive plans
* Work on reward projects with key business/HR stakeholders and third-party providers
* Assist in policy creation and reporting for EU Pay Transparency & Gender Pay Gap
* Maintain up-to-date reward and benefits communication material
* Manage the centralised Reward mailbox, escalating queries as needed
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience in reward analysis and data handling
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Products and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)
* Exposure to survey providers (e.g., WTW, Maclagan)
* Understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and digital tools (MS Forms, Docusign)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn
* Takes ownership and acts with integrity
* Collaborative and team-oriented
We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
