Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of high-spec interior fit-out projects from inception topletion. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safetypliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to drive performance and uphold thepany's standards of excellence will be key.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily site operations and manage project delivery
2. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smoothmunication
3. Monitor progress against programme and resolve on-site issues proactively
4. Ensurepliance with health & safety regulations andpany policies
5. Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meetspany standards
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in site management within the fit-out or construction industry, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Essential Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction
7. Strong leadership andmunication skills
8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
9. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
10. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
11. Full UK driving licence
