Key Responsibilities
* Constructing and installing hard landscaping features including paving, decking, fencing, walls, and drainage systems.
* Reading and interpreting landscape plans and technical drawings.
* Preparing groundworks including excavation, levelling, and base preparation.
* Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
* Collaborating with designers, colleagues, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hard landscaping or construction.
* Good understanding of landscaping materials, techniques, and site safety.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven ability to deliver high quality craftsmanship.
Skills and Qualities
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues, designers, and clients.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Bonus: machinery certifications, drainage expertise, or soft landscaping experience (training can be provided).
