We’renot just looking for testers.We’relooking for Senior QA Analysts - players who are alsomasters of game quality.
As a Senior QA Analyst, youdon’tjust click buttons, you see the whole map,anticipateevery trap, and make sure the team ships games that run smoothly for every player.
Whatyou’lldo:
* Write robust test plans for every feature - cover all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos...no bugs can slip through the test runs.
* Hunt down risks before they hit production - you know where things can break, and you find things and get them fixed before anyone notices.
* Think systemically - featuresdon’texist in a vacuum, you can visualize how everything interacts across the game and its systems.
* Lead and mentor the squad - share your knowledge and experience with the team, be a resource, help the team level up and keep our processes sharp.
* Communicate like a pro - designers,devs, and production rely on you to spot problems and explain them clearly.
This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxfordor our studio in Warwick, offering a creative and relaxed atmosphere where teamwork drives our success. We can provide a relocation package, including movingassistance, temporary accommodation, and full support to ensure a smooth transition to yournew environment.

* Has proven QA experience in the world of games
* Can craft detailed test plans without a guide
* Thinks about edge cases, system interactions, and risk, not just golden paths
