About us
Our journey began in 2012. We specialised in the delivery of secure patient transport and continue to grow. We are passionate about our PROUD core values: Patient First, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Determination. We work in partnership with NHS trusts, private settings, and are part of the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).
We are proud to be the first, and as yet only, Secure Patient Transport company in the UK to achieve this high standard of RRN training and care. In November 2023, we celebrated 10 years in business, highlighting our growth from one base in Sussex to covering most of the UK (including some international transfers), and the positive impact of our teams and the excellent service they provide, 365 days a year.
