About the Role
A well-established optical provider is seeking a qualified Contact Lens Optician to deliver personalised contact lens solutions tailored to individual patient needs. The role involves working within a committed and professional team that maintains high clinical and technical standards. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the successful candidate will be supported through ongoing training and access to the latest products, enabling excellent aftercare and the development of long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with branch teams to deliver high standards of patient care and customer service
* Use professional expertise to recommend and fit appropriate contact lenses and care solutions
* Maintain excellent clinical and technical standards across all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
* Participate in Continuing Education and Training (CET) to remain up to date with industry advancements
* Build and nurture strong patient relationships, encouraging loyalty through exceptional service
* Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding professional experience
Candidate Profile
This role would suit a qualified Contact Lens Optician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contact lens fitting and aftercare, alongside a commitment to maintaining professional standards through ongoing professional development.
