Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor DevOps team growth.
* Offer CI/CD expertise to development teams.
* Develop standard CI/CD pipelines with built-in quality and security.
* Automate application build and deployment processes with compliance gates.
* Guide technical teams on operational best practices.
* Promote automated product releases and push-button deployment.
* Advise program teams on DevOps adoption and toolchain.
* Experienced with large cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or equivalent.
* 5+ years designing CI/CD and DevOps solutions.
* 5+ years cloud experience.
* Proficient in version control (GitHub, GitLab) and branching.
* Expertise in build/release tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, SonarCube, Coverity).
* Experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC/CaC.
* Strong automation skills (Python, Javascript).
* Containerization (Docker).
* Packer experience.
