Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator to join our team in Birmingham.
As a Helpdesk Coordinator, your responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality
o Manage CAFM system as a key user, including PPM records, reactive tasks, and reporting.
o Respond promptly to calls/emails for the business.
o Ensure reactive requests are prioritized and assigned correctly.
o Maintain communication throughout reactive jobs, aiming to resolve over the phone when possible.
o Coordinate with Lead Engineer and Operations Manager to ensure service quality.
o Review subcontractor performance and provide feedback as needed.
o Identify and implement innovations to enhance performance.
2. People & Development
o Promote and uphold CBRE culture.
o Handle timesheets and expenses in the absence of Contract Support.
o Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Participate in relevant training.
3. Contract Management
o Assist with monthly client reports.
o Generate and analyze reports from the CAFM system.
o Update client metrics and forecasting models.
o Log hazards and customer feedback on the QHSE portal.
o Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
4. Finance
o Follow procedures for obtaining quotes, arranging cover, and updating portals.
o Ensure accurate operation of financial processes.
