RUN : Leveraging our global payroll expertise, we provide various levels of payroll outsourcing to our clients. YOUR MISSIONS As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions. You will be a key team member, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building relationships to understand their needs. You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities. You may be involved in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to support, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer. Your participation in projects can lead to the development of our service offerings and growth of our business. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events. YOUR PROFILE Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management. Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients. Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations. Skills to translate client requirements into configuration options. Ability to advise on solution evolution during implementation. Experience in facilitating workshops, creating design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training. Proven project experience and ability to manage tasks effectively. Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. Experience with at least 10 complete Workday project cycles is advantageous. Workday Core HCM certification is required.
