Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining excellent after-sales customer relationships Maximising service contract opportunities Streamlining systems and improving customer satisfaction Coordinating daily service and repair visits for engineers Processing job sheets through to invoice approval Creating invoices and credit notes for service work Managing stock usage and transfers Quoting for repairs based on engineer reports Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement Booking travel/hotels for the service team Checking courier invoices and liaising with accounts Handling incoming calls and email enquiries Skills required: Experience in a similar customer service or service coordination role Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset Knowledge of Business Central / (url removed) / Navision (advantageous, not essential) Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Willingness to travel occasionally with the Service Manager Please click ‘APPLY NOW’, or call the WSR Team at (phone number removed) for more info.
