Responsibilities
As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
* Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
* Manage their medication and prep their meals
* Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
* Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
* Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
* Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
* Competitive rates of basic pay from £122.25 per day for moderate single dependency up to £163.80 per day for high dependency couple
* Paid DBS
* Weekly shopping allowance
* Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development - route to L3/L5 diplomas in Health & Social Care
* Opt-in private medical insurance scheme
* Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team
* Flexible working patterns (minimum 3 weeks on, followed by breaks)
* £336 bonus for completing training (paid in your 1st months pay)
Requirements
* A kind and caring nature
* Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
* Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
* Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
* Have a Right to Work in the UK
* Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
