We at Beaconsfield Town FC are looking to recruit Ground Stewards to work on a casual basis at our location in Beaconsfield. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in leisure or sport and possess a strong interest in football. As a Ground Steward you will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Our facilities are used equally by the Football Club, the local community and commercially.
The Ground Steward will have oversight and contribute to the management of these events to ensure they run according to expectations. As a result, it is an extremely rewarding role.

Job responsibilities and functions:
Responsible for setting up the pitches for people to train/play.
Venue Management & Security - Ensuring those who hire the pitch use it for the allotted time and at the end of shift everything is secure.
Co-ordinate venue operations during each shift - Ensure the correct equipment in on the pitch.
General maintenance including pitches.
Greeting and advising customers,
Handling customer questions and complaints,
Good communication skills to liaise with customers and other employees.
Ensuring sites are clean in compliance with hygiene and health & safety legislation/guidelines.
Input into organising/supervising marketing and promotional activities, and event development.
Perform other duties as required.

We want to develop Beaconsfield Town FC as an attractive, popular venue for the local community, providing entertainment, sports and private functions.
The 3G will be open every day from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Currently, in addition to football matches, we have daytime clients who use the facility. The additional facilities will be used primarily at weekend for training and matches.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
