Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences and supervising a dynamic hospitality team? CIM Business Centre is looking to hire a confident, customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant front-of-house team.
You’ll be at the helm of our restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth service and happy guests—every single day. From table layout to buffet displays, from rostering to stock counts, your sharp eye and warm leadership will keep things running like clockwork.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests with a big smile and professional charm
* Supervising food and beverage operations during your shift
* Supporting your team through hands-on leadership and mentoring
* Keeping the restaurant spotless and service standards sky-high
* Handling cash/card payments and monitoring stock levels
* Working closely with kitchen staff and senior management
* Regularly checking in with your team to support their growth and development
Qualifications
* Great communication and people skills
* A proactive, methodical approach and a love of teamwork
* Flexible attitude and high personal presentation
* Previous experience in hospitality (it’s a bonus if you've worked in hotels or conference centres)
* Leadership skills and confidence managing casual and full-time staff
