About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Strategist to join our award-winning User Research and Experimentation team within our Digital and Ecommerce department. This role aims to maximize the value from hundreds of experiments and hours of User Research. You’ll analyze and interpret insights from large-scale A/B testing and smaller UX Research, primarily working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards to inform decision-making. You should be comfortable discussing user research, though primary research will be conducted by specialists. Additional Role Details
* Target salary: up to 60k
* Working pattern: Hybrid approach, with 1-2 days in the office at our London Head Office in Pimlico
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of data analysis, including statistics, and proficiency with spreadsheets
* Experience with large-scale A/B testing and its application in decision-making
* Knowledge of user research methods to improve digital products and services
* Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and present findings
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in agile environments and digital projects
* Data visualization skills
* Experience working with large datasets related to digital customer behavior and e-commerce
* Understanding of CRO principles and tools like Adobe Analytics, GA, ContentSquare
