Project Manager – 3-month contract – Northampton
My Customer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of medium to large-scale, customer-facing projects involving multiple concurrent workstreams. This is a hands-on role that will see you working across technical delivery, business change, and user adoption to ensure smooth, successful outcomes.
Key skills from the Project Manager
* Proven experience in managing medium-to-large scale IT/business change projects.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, track, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
* Demonstrable experience in business change management and driving user adoption.
* Familiarity with enterprise-level IT projects, ideally including infrastructure upgrades, OS deployments, or ERP implementations.
