Private Client Legal & Tax Advisor – New Milton – competitive salary DOE
Trial Balance Consultingare excited to be working with a leading regional law firm who are currently looking to expand their Private Client team. They are seeking a skilled professional with a solid background in tax, estate planning or trust management to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to apply their financial expertise in a legal setting. This key position will require you to manage a variety of legal and tax matters for private clients that will include the following duties:
- Preparing and managing estate tax returns and related documents
- Supporting probate administration and estate management
- Advising clients on Powers of Attorney and trust matters
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in all areas of work
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the private client sector
We’re looking for a driven individual who is ideally ACA or CTA qualified and who possesses at least 5 years of experience gained within a relevant field - such as tax, estate planning, probate or trust administration. STEP qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. You’ll need strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex matters while delivering excellent customer service.
