Cluster Managers will be passionate about providing exceptional service and deliver a simply brilliant experience. We are looking for a Cluster Manager for the Edinburgh, Midlothian area. This role is a 12-month secondment opportunity working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. If this role is advertised as part-time, the salary will be pro rata. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for leading your own branch as well as up to 5 additional, local branches, and reporting to the Area Manager as well as ensuring all branches within your area deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while educating our customers on the digital journey. You’ll also help to grow our brand and undertake well-being visits with colleagues, supporting our customers with their financial needs. Additionally, you’ll be an advocate of our purpose and brand, and you will lead by example in consistently demonstrating our values and behaviours in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. About you The requirements for this role are: Proven experience of interacting and dealing with customers, staff, external stakeholders and senior colleagues Strong leadership skills Good remote management capabilities across multiple sites Solid business acumen with the ability to build strong relationships in the community and with key stakeholders Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, risk and compliance Good understanding of Retail Banking products and services, and how to ensure our product mix and penetration align with the delivery of a business strategy and services Excellent leadership and communication skills Our customer first behaviours put customers and members at the heart of how we work together.
