About the Role
As a Part-Time Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting learning across the school. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans and keeping students engaged and on task
* Maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Providing additional support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), where required
