Our client is a fast-growing healthcare organisation, which is at a pivotal stage of transformation. We’re seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our people strategy and drive engagement, retention, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the HR team.
* Drive change management, workforce planning, and TUPE projects.
* Use data insights to improve retention and measure ROI.
* Oversee reward, training, and engagement initiatives.
* Act as SME for escalated ER issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven HR leadership in a growing or SME environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, change management and ER.
* Experience in managing an HR team
* Skilled in data analysis and HR systems.
* MCIPD/FCIPD or equivalent experience.
