The Role We’re looking for a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to oversee the Front Office during overnight hours. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel while delivering a high standard of guest service. Key Responsibilities Welcome late arrivals and manage early departures Carry out the night audit and ensure all daily reports are accurate Handle guest enquiries and requests overnight Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests Process payments and manage cash handling accurately Prepare handover reports for the daytime team Work independently while maintaining strong communication with other departments What We’re Looking For Previous nights hotel reception experience essential Experience working night shifts or completing night audit (preferred) PMS knowledge required; experience with MEWS desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Calm, professional, and solution-focused approach Flexible and reliable with a commitment to overnight work What to Expect Full team training prior to opening Opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop If you’re a night owl who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly while others sleep, we’d love to hear from you.
