This role would suit someone with previous Exams Officer experience, and someone with a keen desire to support a schools Examiniations process.
Key responsibilities for the below can be found below:
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and oversee the planning and delivery of all public and internal exams.
Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents regarding exam arrangements.
Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
Manage exam entries, timetables, rooming, and invigilation schedules.
Oversee secure storage and distribution of exam papers.
Coordinate access arrangements and special considerations where necessary.
Ensure accurate recording and timely submission of results and post-results services.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Competent in using data management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Experience working in an educational setting
