Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Night Shift (Sun - Thurs 9pm - 6.30am)
Your Role:
As our Kitchen Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our night operations. You'll oversee food production, ensuring quality and safety while inspiring your team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during night shifts
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Monitor food quality and presentation standards
Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies
Train and motivate team members to reach their full potential
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
