Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Complex Case Worker to join our Therapeutic Service.

💰 Salary: £40,518 – £47,377
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people with complex needs, leading our Complex Case offer across London and working closely with colleagues across Therapeutic Services, PIE, and Support & Housing.
You will:
✔ Lead and support a small Complex Case team
✔ Respond to complex mental health presentations and crisis situations
✔ Advocate for young people using relevant legislation
✔ Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
✔ Develop personalised, trauma-informed support plans
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
✨ A professional qualification as a Social Worker or Community Mental Health Nurse
✨ Current registration with Social Work England or the NMC
✨ Significant experience supporting young people/adults with complex mental health needs
✨ Strong skills in risk assessment, safety planning and crisis response
✨ Experience leading or supervising staff in a best practice environment
✨ Excellent communication and multi-agency partnership skills
