Switchboard Operator
Where: Mitie | 1st Floor, Unit 9 Silverwood Business Park, 70 Silverwood Road, Lurgan, Craigavon, County Armagh, BT66 6SY, UK
Hours: 8hrs per week, Saturday only, 8.45am-4.45pm
Salary: £12.60 per hour

About the role:
7. Managing high levels of incoming calls that require redirected to the relevant department
8. Answer calls in a professional and efficient manner, demonstrating a high level of customer service
9. Capture and log call details to track workload and productivity
10. Ensure correct procedures are adhered to
11. Work as part of a team to achieve operational expectations
12. To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.
13. Meet individually set KPIs
About you:
14. Previous switchboard/call centre experience is desirable
15. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
16. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
17. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
18. Ability to manage workload to meet team deadlines
19. A willingness to learn and develop and show high level of commitment and professionalism
Essential
20. Applicants must have a 5-year checkable history.
21. You must successfully pass a PSNI check as per BS and BS screening as per industry standard.
