Mon – Fri, 7.30am – 5.00pm, 1 hour lunch plus breaks
Our client is keen to appoint a skilled Sales Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service by effectively handling customer enquiries received via various channels, processing orders accurately and providing product and service guidance to customers. The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of activities, remain focused under pressure and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle a high volume of customer enquiries through phone calls, emails and web platforms.
2. Process orders accurately and efficiently, understanding and meeting customer requirements.
3. Address customer questions regarding products and services, striving to resolve issues satisfactorily.
4. Collaborate with customers to minimise small orders and reduce delivery frequency to the same site.
5. Maintain accurate customer account details and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
6. Provide support to colleagues and complete tasks promptly and accurately.
7. Actively participate in team meetings, providing feedback and contributing to learning opportunities.
Requirements:
8. Must have experience within a B2B environment specialising in product-based sales support.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
12. Ability to build rapport with customers and resolve complaints confidently.
13. Order processing experience and proficient IT skills.
